In addition to executing trades on every major market in India, we provide
clearing services in all major exchanges in India.
Clearing Services
In addition to executing trades, Altos provides clearing services on nearly
all major markets in India. Our proprietary on-line reporting system,
www.altostrade.com, allows you to securely access your account information
over the web. Trading and account information is updated and available
in real-time for review or downloading. We believe relationships are just
as important as technology. Every client has a dedicated Client Service
Representative (CSR). Your CSR gets to know you and your specific needs
and requirements and that's why you are not just another account number.
Client Services
Each Altos client is assigned a dedicated Client Service Representative
(CSR) – a person who is committed to you and knows your specific
needs and requirements. Using the Altos centralized web based system,
your CSR has immediate access to all of your accounts and activity.
24-hour Support
Altos 24-hour multi-lingual customer support staff is located in our Chennai
office and can be reached either on the web (www.altostrade.com) or through
any of its toll free numbers. Altos customer support teams are also available
in the New Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata offices, to provide support during
regular business hours. This comprehensive coverage ensures support whenever
and wherever it is needed. Our customer-oriented approach provides support
from installation to training to problem resolution. We combine advanced
technologies and futures industry professionals to offer you the highest
level of personal service.
Delivery Services
To save clients from being forced into the delivery process unnecessarily,
prior to expiration, Altos notifies clients of their upcoming delivery
schedule and of any open positions which they carry in the expiring contract.
This is done either through an electronic medium or through your Altos
Service Agent.
If, however, you choose to go through delivery, we will provide timely
notification of the delivery obligations and the settlement date for each
product.
Thanks to our extensive relationships with many banks and financial institutions,
we can handle any and all deliveries.
